He is an embarrassment wallahi, whenever there is headlines of Somalia having a meeting or a conference with country so and so I die a little inside because this man is incompetent to take care of a country. Most of the problems we have is due to him he is one of the problems not the solution. He lets a freaking Bantu man call the shots for Somalia, he starves Somalis while stealing aid money, he lets piracy happen under his nose. Our women get raped daily by Bantu soldiers bcoz of this fool not recruiting more Somali troops and PAYING them. I personally believe I could do a WAYYYYYYYYY better job in 2 years with the work he has done in 4. If he at least used all the money he stole to build the National
Army again security would have improved and there would be less half Ugandan kids roaming around in xamar

Te Amo give the nigger a break, he is doing what he can and you've mentioned him not being competent bal nosheeg who the hell is better than sheikh shariif they are all flat out equally qasaaro and only in somalia you would find retarded politicians

This man used to be Sheik and banned music when he was the head of ICU. But now his loudspeakers are blasting deafening patriotic songs in this holy month of Ramadan. I don't watch or listed to government TV and Radio but everyone is saying they are advertising him and are barred from airing simple interviews of others, even the prime minister.

This clearly shows what power and money can do too a person. We can't blame the individual for that maybe??

No matter who wins, most logical thing to do would be to try and make the best of it.

There are guidelines and rules in place . Some wanna play by it and others don't !
we shall see insha Allah , everything right now is "temporary" anyway .
Like BV said , you either wanna do the best of it or not
Everything is going to come out for all to see , just be patient

I have noticed a pattern among the Somalis which is, that Somalis have a condescending attitude towards abgaal leadership weather its aden cade, ali Mahdi or sharif
People used to accuse adan cade of not having clue and that the majerteen were running the place.
Everybody knows about how the name cali nafto came about.
And as soon as sharif came, he was macalin dugsi, he doesn`t know shit about governance, he embarrasses us with his lack of protocol etc etc
Watching sheik sharif is like watching a black kid in an Ivy League college, you know everybody is thinking that you got in because of affirmative action, in sharifs case it’s the djoubuti affirmative action of 2009
After all these years sharif is still struggling to assert his authority over all the branches of government and the Somali people
This is cultural phenomena that needs Social anthropological study

abdiwahab Mr based does no promote radacial thought like eaglehawkism he is more measured and politicly astute
mr based is what I would call classical marexaan, meaning he proscribes to notions like wadanimo, somalinimo and dawladnimo, mr eaglehawk does not believe in such a benefelont ideas, they are not workable in my opinion
I believe more USC then I believe in benevolence
abdiwahab I believe USC was the greatest attempt to remake the world order, its a shame the hawiye nation could not imagen post jaberti world

Eaglehawk,
Hmm, interesting ! I belonged to a minority sect which began questioning the direction of the revolution in Feb 1991 after tell tell signs that the Usurpers were going to undermine the revolution. Many people assume HG were all in one political group with a uniform stance but the reality was we differed greatly and the minority voice was silenced after the rise of Aidid (AUN) after July 1993's infamous US bombings of Odeeyasha. Some of the best thinkers and leaders were killed that day and all who were left were not strong enough to challenge his leadership. Fruitful, healthful discourse and consensus building was the strength behind the family. We gave women, youth and men all the same right to present their views.
