What's this infertility shiet, men can't have kids sometimes? , is this random or is it genetic?

Sxb I have seen the Most qualified Specialist in USA. There is nothing that they can do to increase Sperm count. They Suggested IVF but My wive's family refused to let the girl to take the risk. THere is too much risk involved.

Anyone knows any nice widow with about 3-4 children who is under 30yrs?

Its one thing if she doesn't want to go through all these, but the girls family have nothing to do with this, if they want kids, they should have their own kids. this is between you and your wife. if you agree to go your separate ways, and you think it makes you both happy then go for it, if its causing a lot of headache and stress then let it go.
