EL BARAAF. The Supreme Ayatollah Abdiwahab in his Friday khutbah to carried on State Media condemned Khawarijist attacks on the Brotherly SOMALILAND section. In a passioned speech, the Supreme Ayatollah spoke in great lengths against the epidemic of khawarijism spreading across the Republic:

"Khawarijism is like HIV, spread by promisicous political prostitution. The youth must not be wooed by pimps posing as religious leaders. Parents, educators and society as a whole must reach out to the youth and save them from these pimps."
