So, Ali Khalif created the Khaatumo Project to further the distance/relationship Dhullos have with the rest of Harti. Weakening the Harti unity, is the advantage of Isaaq and Hawiye. The issue of Lasanod is something that the Maxamuud Garad and Bahrarsame need to work out.
