U do realize that was the civilwar somali vs somali in which the opposition got weapons from Ethiopia.
Let see when battlehardened10k Alshabaab and their crazy foreign fighters come to ur house beheading the captured soldiers and innocent people, if u would need amisom or not.
Without amisom/ethiopia , shabaab would do a quick run on all somali territories. Iam def sure about that.

These upcoming talks are the best thing happens to Somaliland in 21 years, our brothers and countrymen in Somaliland for the first time have now a real and unique golden opportunity to negotiate with their federal government and bring forward all their complaints to come to a common term. the US will be there the IC will be there you will miss a lot less if you partake in those events than isolating yourself again.

These people r making non-issue things in to issues, Somaliland is not an issue in Somalia for the time being.
