, Hugo was great man. and you can make DUA who ever you like.. its not crime against religion to make dua for anyone.. so alll we non haters.
make dua for the leader HUGO CHAVEZ. you can make dua for arabic like( allahu yarxam) you can make prayer for af soomaali..
Eebe ha u naxariisto HUGO. in english Rest in peace mr Chaves.in spanish,.. IL DIO CON TE. in arabic(christians style) allah macaaak HUGO..
Anyway Hugo will be missed..

We cannot make dua for the Kuffar.
Abu Talib,.the Prophet's.SAW beloved uncle died. The Prophet SAW said that he will ask forgivenessif he allows it.
Allah revealed these ayahs .
113. It is not (proper) for the Prophet and those who believe to ask Allah's Forgiveness for the Mushrikun (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) even though they be of kin, after it has become clear to them that they are the dwellers of the Fire (because they died in a state of disbelief).
114. And [Ibrahim's (Abraham)] invoking (of Allah) for his father's forgiveness was only because of a promise he [Ibrahim (Abraham)] had made to him (his father). But when it became clear to him [Ibrahim (Abraham)] that he (his father) is an enemy to Allah, he dissociated himself from him. Verily Ibrahim (Abraham) was Al-Awwah (has fifteen different meanings but the correct one seems to be that he used to invoke Allah with humility, glorify Him and remember Him much), and was forbearing. (Tafsir Al-Qurtubi).

The Prophet SAW couldn't make dua for.abu talib.

The man died in clear state of kufr. Even if he accepted the religion of his friends from Iran, still that is kufr.
But other than that, i respect him. Nigga stood up against the Yankees. He is ten times better than the arabs slaves of US.

Chavez was a real hero, but I cannot go so far as to make dua for him due to his disbelief.

waarhooy your misquoting the quran as usual you all haters.. yes you can make prayer(dua) to God when and where and whom ever you like and its up to allah to eccept your prayer or not.
there many verses in the quran which shows that allah is most kind merciful which means allah can grant who ever he likes hes paradise . so Hugo chaves may God bless him hes soul and grant him paradise. Hugo was Good man..
