Hargeysa and Berbera today you have a situation where the orphanage houses built by Maxamed Siyaad are being sold on the cheap to Dahabshiil while the orphans are being tossed out. I have stories of people literally eating cats in Hargeysa. You cant fool me with a few shiny building built by the diaspora with their generous British Welfare/ child benefit money. There has been no movement on infrastructure in Isaaqland since the collapse of Siyaad's governments. Admittedly there has been some haphazard road paving undertaken recently.
