Its one of the rumours on the street. Never the less, this is a national embarrassment to Kenya. How did things get to a state where the Nairobi City Council fire trucks were inoperable ? Back in 2011, there was a blistering article on the fire department and its inability to put down several major fires yet there was no change.
Kamlesh Pattni seems to always be the fall guy. Its easy to pick on a minority never the big fish surrounding him
