I think that Somali males tend to have the same features as the females which are: almond-shaped or large eyes, narrow/straight noses, thin and naturally arched eyebrows, high cheekbones, and a high forehead. All of these tend to be rather feminine but Somali males are often also blessed with clear, smooth skin and height. The features can work in their favour if they have a naturally muscular built and broad shoulders otherwise most seem to have a slight built and thin wrists. This can be remedied with weight training, so that they become more athletic and muscular in appearance also giving them a boost in physical masculinity. Therefore, their overall look won't look as feminine and they would fit the image of a handsome man. For the Somali males who care about their appearance in this way - there is no excuse not to work out. You have everything to gain, most importantly your long-term health but there's the added bonus of maximizing your looks (a normal or fashionable way of dressing would also help).
