Allowing these things to slide would only make sense if everything was permissible and there were no rules in this place. The issue is that the rules are vague and at the liberty of whoever is moderating. It seems you're only inclined to do something if you personally find it bothersome, like in this thread. What about the ones trolling about rape, or spamming the place with racism that puts stormfront to shame? And if that isn't problematic, what about the serious threats of offline harm? I believe only the things that personally irk the moderators are being taken seriously.
