What I said is a unified Somalia will seek to be federated with Somailand after 2016 which is subject to Somaliland accepting that proposal. I don't think Somaliland will accept but a proposal will be made none the less. One thing that is getting more clearer by the day is the strategy adopted be SFG which is to create unified south that includes Puntland
