Municipal elections don't take place every 10 years thats utter rubbish. Its every five years like the parliament and the presidential.

first municipal vote was in 2002, second was in 2012. unless im missing something there was no municipal vote between 2002 and 2012 and if scheduled on time the third vote of its kind will be held on 2022
