And for my two cents - Hawd region is historically split in two parts; the east bordering Somaliland has always been Isaaq territory, whilst the west has been inhabited by Daroods. But I do agree that it being in the hands of Ethiopia is a travesty.

Some people think this would have been a good bargain but no. Every inch of land that belongs to Somalia should never be compromised.
