Its a win win thing for me, eat as much as I want without having to worry about the extra kilos.

I have a looooong and deep cry.
Then I get a rebound. ^__^
If I don't I am muddled in my thoughts and depressed, I don't eat and I break out from the stress and sadness. So heck no to that.

No duplicity in that. A strong, non-nonsense Arawelo is necessary, as important as the ability and desire to appreciate, receive and give love in all its forms.
