InaSamaale, if their father had been absent, for whatever reason, that would have been a different situation but the fact that he's not absent and under his watch they got preached & brainwashed (you don't just one day decide to go to a war zone area like Syria to be an ISIS bride, do you?) points to the fact that he somehow/partially failed his paternal duties, don't you think? It is not like they were abducted and forced into a plane, and as someone else mentioned in the thread, they didn't even have money with them and somehow their passports were renewed + had their tickets paid for.
PS: I don't know what Team Australia is (heard it on the news but never paid attention to it) but I, for one, am not team death cult, ISIS.
PPS: And by the way, I am not particularly accusing this father/family of failure but on Somalis in general, when it comes to these youngsters running to Syria and other abominable places.
