Dawg they did not green-ify "all of the negev" like you claim. Its still there. Its still a desert. At best 1-2% of it near the cities of Ashkelon and Ashdod have some green spots because of their irrigation techniques they implemented there. And I'm not trying to belittle you. You obviously don't know what the negev desert is. Its the place where bedouin arabs have roamed homogeneously for a millenia! Its still a huge ass desert. Please look at the first pic I posted.
