I scheduled my first facial and massage(neck and shoulder) treatment this weekend. but my plan got messed up.

this thread was helpful. I am going schedule massage therapy sessions and a separate spa/beauty treatment. I will schedule the massage thing first. I think it's helpful to distress and good for the health

If you could go somewhere more professional and with minimal fascination with exoticness would you do it again? This naked weirdness is why I still haven't tried out the London hammams despite SNet ladies recommending it

I'm not totally against the idea but I just don't see the benefits. Just someone rubbing saliid all over you lol. But if its for therapeutic reason the sure wouldn't mind.
I liked the hammam thought once you get over the fact you are stripped down to bare minimal you'll enjoy it.

Full body yes, there is a bit of nakedness but haven't done it yet so not sure how it works exactly. Research suggests that they uncover only what they're massaging. Can you imagine all those tense muscles you didn't even know you had getting some tlc. Have a great time and please report back

You can wear strapless, because you only really need to cover your nipples when she's massaging your chest and tummy. I guess if you're not shy, you only need nigis.

She covers other parts with a towel when she's not working on those.

I was being descriptive because I'm helping out a sister. Trust me, my first full body was uncomfortable as heck because I didn't know what to do.
