Africans in general are on-average less intelligent than other races. Everyone knows that 100 Korean kids would outscore 100 Congolese kids on test scores and achievements.

But this is due to circumstances; poor education, inferior culture, and poor environment. I doubt it's genetic, and I'm sure that Jareers can create prosperous societies once they get the right mechanisms in place.

In 200 years, we may very well look at today and laugh. South Korea was an impoverished society only a few generations ago. Now look at them today.

It is a fact that many cultures are indeed inferior when it comes to progress and advancement. Hence why you see the Koreans, Japanese, and Germans doing so well compared to their neighbors. Germany is much richer than Greece. Japan is much richer than the Philippines. South Korea is doing much better than North Korea.

Not all cultures are equal. Some cultures are indeed superior to others. How else can you explain why Ghanaians and Senegalese people are doing so well and prospering, while we Somalis are shooting each other and causing problems?
