Will Somalis move away from Qabyaalad?

TCG: as people income improve their qabyaalad decreases so if we want to reduce qabyaalad then we have to improve people's income.

Probably but I don't think money is main thing. It can be as simple as keeping Somalis busy and happy. Why the need to declare war when you're happy with your life? Some will do but majority won't. Those who do, will get arrested by an army or police.

After a while, Somalis will start to care less about their tribal identity just like back then because they don't have a need for them any more.

It is actually a lot to do with income, most of African society have got tribalism but not the way Somalis misuse it. When you travel through out Africa you see the better offs don't actually care about their African tribe but about their class and clubs while the boor is busy identifying them selves will qabiil hating others so income creates a new identity which you can belong.

When I got to know A Somali I don't ask them their qabiil because it is irrelevant and second it will create prejudice because if u already had certain biases against qabiil X then someone claims to be from qabiil X ur brains immediate attaches that person with that biase rather judging him as an individual.

Qabiil is useless and addes no value but because we have rebeated many times it has positive side we accepted as a gospel.

Caydiid? Morgan? This was two decades ago. Where are you at now?. It has nothing to do with war crimes. Somalis are nomads & uncivilzed, thats why they are, where they are.

Tribalism has been the downfall of Somalia. And if I were to go by; what I hear and seen amongst young Somalis in the western world I honestly don't see it getting better. Quite shameful.

The uncertain border issues, civil war crimes, extreme poverty in rural areas and shaqo la'aan/bahdil of Somalis in the West have created a crazy swarm of qabyaalad insects biting you for the simplest questions or even speaking to a person from a certain qabiil. I think we need a hate speech law which carries a prison term - and a deep look into crimes committed against every qabiil from the kacaan to present day. I think that Somalis will come out of qabyaalad as soon as their regions are developed and they can have a normal day to day life/first world problems...until then people have no choice but to drink tea and insult reer hebel because....what else can they talk about?

In our host countries multiculturism is practiced and its against the law to discriminate some of us here havent learnt any thing and infact are behind people back home we must be primative and lowest of low on earth how can you be proud when your people. family disunited and pulling itself a part.
