all somalia is shyt but to be honest I heard a couple of good things about cadaado. The head of the save the children in south-central somalia is from hiiraan and comes to london. He told me it was the most organized region in service iyo nidaam. Himanheeb had more diaspora people in the admin than other regions such as tiiceey.

Don't you guys get over 1994? I mean other qabiils fight and move on. Your tol attacked and killed innocent HG civilians in the most brutal ways.
