It bothers me but I blame the men - me being part of them - and our culture as a whole. First, we destroyed their country and forced them to come to the diaspora. Second, some of the women are missing male figures in their upbringing and think all Somali men are like them. Third, in other cultures, the girl is shamed, she is well-known within the community and has no future with them, and her family disowns her. Somalis are much more lenient than others. The big metropolitan areas basically have all the ethnicities of the entire world present. The country-side is totally white though. There are many ways to stop girls from dating foreign men other than beating them or beating the guy they are dating. If you think it is none of your business then you are mistaken.
