Council houses have cheap rent and you can always leave London. There are other cities which have a fraction of the rent cost for a bigger space, groceries are also cheaper outside of London. London is overrated and the school environment is terrible.
The average rent price for a social/ council home for London is £160 per week, for a 3 bedroom house. Plus service charge and council tax, that comes upto £200 per week. That comes up to £800 per month, which is roughly $1200. That is a lot of money when u look at it. If you put it down in a hagbet :lol:
