Khatumo State = Sool, Sanaag and Cayn regions(Dhulbahante).
We dont have anything in common with Puntland\Majeerten. In fact, they are our enemy too. The Somaliland government and the Puntland government are tribalist, bloodthirsty governments who wants to expand their territories, thus they are illegaly occuping our land or they are trying to. According to many websites, they have also killed many innocent civilians in SSC.

If you look at the map, you will see that dhulbahante people inhabit most parts of Northern Somalia. We are not called Dhul-Bahante for no reason. It is a genocide, and oppression going on in Northern Somalia which is being done by Somaliland and Puntland, and it is up to Dhulbanate people to defend themselves. That is what we are doing right now. We are fighting back and re-gaining control of our land.
We are not Puntland nor Somaliland.We are Khatumo State of Somalia\SSC and we are a part of Somalia.
