Khaatumo can't a state under federal law. It is half of sool and a village in Togdheer.

One clan that inhabit only three cities in Northern Somalia cannot become a nation on it's own either. For your information, my father is from Cerigabo and nearby towns (Sanaag), so I know for a fact that you are not telling the truth.

As a matter of fact, I think Khatumo has a stronger possibility to be recognized as a federal member state in Somalia before Somaliland even gain the attention of the International community. 25 years, and what have you guys achieved so far? No hard feelings.

Although I understand where Garad13 is coming from, I believe The cycle will never end if there is no commitment. as far as I am aware Isaaqs are more committed to share Something with dhuloos. its the dhuloos who are not committed to any thing. eventually the isaaqs will develop similar attitude towards dhuloos, Total lies and deceiving.
