Apart from cad-cads Xamar belongs to Hawiye, whether to move the capital to somewhere else that is different argument.

A lot my darood associates of mines called me yesterday outraged by hawiye elders press statement I advised them to stay away from hutus they will rob you for your kastumo thats moryaantaa way, a tuug will always be a tuug.

The capital need to be moved into another location, non-HIV infested city. Somalia's last hope.
