The meaning of Hawd

Hawd means southern plains basically southern plains of somaliland I can't believe it's 2016 and I'm saying this we have get our lands back that land has a lot of potential.

How come ciidagale and h.y range is blank? And why h.y burco? Western h.y live in hawd even more then the burco one.
