I don't know what Ogaden region you are talking about but Djibouti fruits/veggies come from Shinile Zone and Dira Dhabe environs.

the vast majority of the food comes from oromia. if you wanna lie to yourself, out of your pure hatred for the oromo, then sure, go ahead kid.
oromia is by far more blessed than all somali lands within ethiopia. most of the fertile somali land is in somalia proper, mostly in the south.

We have enough fertile land to feed Somalia ten times over......we also have 3000km of coast line with huge reserves of oil/gas.

brother Waachis ignore these ignorant kids, they are not even Ogaden, they are hawiyes, idoors and dhulbahante who cannot even fix their tribal lands and wish to have the delusion of invading someone, a bit like the Islamic court union who declared they will invade Alaska when they couldn't even control a quarter of the country, I dont even think these know the Oromos living in bale are more closely related to us in religion and culture and language family, first tell them t make sure they can get access to water on their tribal lands before they threaten any one,

thanks brother. do not forget the sayed of the ogaden who was fighting ethiopia died in arsi, and arsi and bale=same oromo clans living there. mainly muslim. very much mixed/inter-married with their somali neighbors. especially the rayitu clan which the famous war hero waqo gutu belonged to.

We are not intending to dispossess the Arsi.
We have to secure the water security of Somalia.
Ethiopia has already began building dams on the Jubba and Shabelle rivers.
We should have a policy similar to Egypt.
