Juventus win the league because Inter fight amongst themselves and Ac Milan don't focus at the start of the season.

Inter are just over-rated useless bastards, no title since 1988, and they claim to be soo great

Milan normally do better than Juve in Champions League, thats probably why they finish below them in league more often
