When do you do the most thinking-At what period/s of the day?

Just take a deep breath and try to relax or read the Quraan for a while...Thinking too much is not healthy..do not exhaust the brain...

I say to you, go read some quran. Thinking is very good for you, thats how you achieve an excellen thought process, so what are you complaining about.
