Interesting to say that. Ppl make the country by becoming cvilized fist. You cant make country while being barbaric. It needs a good system. To make such system you need to be intellegent. To be intelligent ,being civilized is required.

We could say iraqis are animals but they arent animals. The american invassion and destruction of their country made them into animals(barbaric) this how the sectarian war was started, but do you see them dragging american bodies on street whenever the kuffars are killed? No,they have some civilization in them.
Why do you see somalis dragging ethiopian soldiers? Does islam teaches to drag dead humans on street? It has nothing to do with islam,its jahiliyah or should i say UNCIVILIZED MANNERS.
