First of all, this puppet regime is composed of warlords and opportunists, was created by warlords and opportunists in Kenya and was from day 1 backed by Addis Abebba.

The world never took this puppet regime serious which explains why Washington paid the warlords to do their job in Mogadishu, and when they failed paid the Ethiopians to finish the job. Where does this puppet regime come into play? Nowhere, nobody takes it serious and the Ethiopians use it as their tool to legitimize their occupation.
