13 year old boy kills his father.. Should he be killed?

Therefore, this was an attributed to the father's death. The kid is a product of his environment his father probably implied that killing the life of innocence was acceptable.

It is a sad case that happens to every society. A son killing his father. The sakhir's life should be spared. Isamic Hudud Laws are clear on this issue, but I don't know the view of cultural tribal xeer-laws.
