Nurses aren't what they were before! nowadays nurses are trained like doctors and go through rigours trainning and programms!
they handle more stuff each year, except prescribing medicine!
they handle sophisticated equipment and technological tools!
they daignose and treat patients.

But back in the day, nurses were inexprienced young woman that were there to hand items to doctors, make coffe for them and comfort patients by smiling and being nice. it's different today!
