The TFG moryaans killed that poor kid. They probably captured him while minding his own business thinking that he was some foreign fighter and killed him after torturing him for long hours.

mogadishu is different b/c there are NO uniformed forms of authority or cohesion, its pretty unfair to compare it to Gedo or other places where clans have control of an area
