....after trying millions of different painkiller pills I thought those pills may be helpfull....

Really? Besides the initial cramping during the insertion, Mirena is hardly painful & very safe.
Not to mention hassle-free. Only known side effect is irregular spottings, which usually last for a few months.
Hella expensive though, most insurance companies push women in to getting less affordable birth control options e.g. the pill or the patch.
