I don't think he meant in that way. THis attack isn't any different than whats going on in Somalia for the last 20-25 years.

But when attacks like this happened and they blatently target institutions of education and progress (like a graduating ceremony), it raises your eyes because those people could provide a difference right now for a lot of other people because there are a lack of somali health peoples

....something like this just shows how bad the brain drain out of somalia is...
