Obviously Djibouti a extremely small, inhospitable desert that Has to import all their food is going to fall under somebody. However, last I checked America was ranked #1 in the world as far as having the most powerful economy, and Japan ranked second. Djibouti is certainly not alone, in falling under the hegemony of such powers. On the flipside Ethiopia is always ranked as the most poverty stricken nation on earth, with one of the highest aids rates to boot. How can Somalis who are under Ethiopia possibly say anything to Djibouti?
