Shirib, you have to account for your decision to delete the thread in question. I have been observing your indifference towards some individuals on this forum to get away with abusing the rules and at the same time allowing many threads - which, have long ago pass the threshold of any reasonable person understanding of common decency and mutual respect. The internet is a democratic forum for expression but this right is being deliberately abused by those who have not been elected nor have the mandate to carry out such draconian measures.

Thank you for your recently application on joining our organisation. We are currently seeking to employ young professionally educated Somalis in the diaspora.
