I like the sneaky ones who want to know your clan, but can't bring themselves to ask - they then go for your dialect.

Know your clan, do whatever you can do for your kin, but please don't obsessed over it and bore us all to tears in the process. That's always been my position.

Nobleman & Halfdzed, Personally I don't see a problem with asking someone's clan I just get annoyed with those who try to go orund a long way to find out like: "where in somalia are you from", I would much rather prefer: "qolomaad tahay" or even "oo yaad tahay"
