This is for all Somalia, understand the question asked. Somalia ha kala sarin.
well if that's the case your question is a very stupid one. why would all of somalia need a dictatorship when it's the south that has been in chaos for the past 20 years? and what would a dictatorship offer to the people of somaliland and puntland? the only people who need a dictatorship are the animals that crawled out of their cages when the last government fell.

Puntland and Somaliland are those that specially need a dictator. Somalia has 1 president only, Faroole and Siilaanyo are irrelevant in this equation unless if u support tribalistic democracy.

I think we have to consider how Siad Barre came to power. It was becuase the 'policitiancs' were corrupt and had no idea what they were doing. There were more political parties than there were people lol

. This was made so much earier for siad becuase there were no viable alternatives or people with support bases that could oppose him.
The current political environment is very different. There are existing political factions, some with significant power. The people are not united but fragmented. There is Alshabaab, ASWJ, Puntland and Somaliland. For one person to take control of all these territories he would need significant support, resources and there would be huge battles. Let's remember that all this is not in a vacuum either, there is ethiopia and of course the U.S as well as other regional players who each have their interests, objectives and plans.
So should not be what is likely or posible?

Dictatorships in Africa work for only periods of time, then the country falls into a heap of chaos. No to dictatorship and yes to federalism, and yes to Islam.

you haven't answered my question: what can a dictatorship offer to the people of somaliland and/or puntland?
btw, you support the establishment of jubbaland ( a 'tribalistic democracy') so you shouldn't be going around trying to knock our hustle when you are trying to emulate us.

Who are we kidding the kacaan government only invested in xamar therefore the old dowlad was a city state. Somaliland and puntland cover more land and are more activate in different regions of their control then kacaanki.
