it suits me ... when im fat .. im ugly fat ... the fat goes to my stomach and face
so i have to stay thin
after ramadan i will lose 3 kg because of the fasting

smalled boned .. but i gain weight alot when im sad or umemployed for a longer while ... then i have to go the gym .. and run alot
and ofcourse dont eat much
