^ You've sussed me. What gave me away? I should have acted like I enjoy having my post deleted shouldn't I?

That would have been considerate.
I understand where you're coming from (not really) and I feel bad for deleting your post (not at all).

Wow stop bragging .globetrotter2 wrote:Dating mishap. Too many to pen down but I will just narrate one which was very odd;
It was in London anno 2008; I came from Brighton where I was attending an event to Victoria station. Just when I alighted, this beautiful lass (she had a posture of a greek godess, eyes that said I am all yours, lips that craved for kissing and a distinct voice) approaches me and asks me in broken English; "I want to go North Acton station and I am not familiar with the tube system" whereupon I said the magic word "walaaal" followed by other seductive words; inadeer, abaayo. She felt reassured by my words that I was a somali. Her eyes lit, my balls were on fire. She was hijabified; jeans and sports shoes. Yet, something in her eyes told me that I might hit jackpot. I told her, inabti I will take you anywhere; used somali typical hospitality. We took the tube and already I could suspect that beneath this hijabified woman was someone else but I kept my cool; played my role as the good samaritan. We talked about what I did, some political discussions, she talked about her life, I talked about mine. Acton here we come. We left the platform and to the house she want; I was about to say goodbye when she said in a thick accent " you could come with me, there is no problem; apparently, she was visiting her auntie (I am still of the opinion that it was not a true aunti parse but a relative). We approached the house and a middle aged woman opened the door; My companion - Sahra- introduced me as " odeygeygii waa kan": I was trapped; I kept a brave face. We went inside; the hijabified woman went into one of the bedrooms and came out a different person; she wore dirac , like the good old days and lit a cig. By now, I was fearing what was to come. I was realising that this was not the usual somali date that I had done before. What do you do walaal asked the aunti in perfect oxford English. For one reason or the other , by lust was experiencing the laws of diminishing returns. I suspected that something sinister was in the making. I replied - " I am an adult movie producer"-anticipating that this will fend off the perceived onslaught and allow me to leave this forsaken house ( forsaken because the atmosphere was threatening). Suddenly, the auntie say that is wonderful and went upstairs. Meanwhile, my date - or presumptive date who was silent asked "do you want to cast me?". By now, my lust was hitting rock bottom; I was shivering with fear and I said I have to meet someone in Ealing....
not many men can keep a level head in such a scenario.
i dont know if i would have bailed out or not.

Gurey,
Stranger things have been known to happen than Globe's hijaabi. Like the night my sweety pie shed her knickers to reveal that just because something looks like a woman doesn't mean it is.
Your loud silence on your dating resume leads me to cast doubt on your phallocentric adventures.

I have this feeling that your most memorable experience concerns meeting someone from the internet.

Re: Dating Stories
you know what i have a theory about our eloquent friend bidarleey.
He is not as old as he seems, and is definatley not as "experienced".
People who have had a promiscuous lifetyle tend to cool down after a while, the whole skirt chasing thing loses attraction.
Such people start to desire more monogamous relationships .
which brings me to the conclusion that he is either
A. in his late 30's early 40's married and sexually repressed.
B. in his twenties and socialy awkward and even more repressed.

That line works alot. I tried once but was immediately exposed when I lit a cig.

Re: Dating Stories
Gurey, your theory could be wrong; when someone is between 50-60 it is very common to relive good old days. Cooling down comes at 30-40, then the fire is relighted.
LOL@khamis. On a side note, I was told there are many xusulbaruurs in search of tender love in your neck of the wood; is that true? I am also told that the xalimo market is the nearest you could come to a free market economy.
