This whole thing is very simple.

1. The girl has apparently been trying to get in the way of her father's career and that is why it was recorded.
2. Point one proves she is not mentally handicap just conniving
3. She is being punished because she broke the house rules
4. The house rules might be excessive in your opinion but it's not your house.
5. She is a teenager but the relationship between parent and child is not static, maybe she was racking up debts on credit card bills and she needed that whooping

6. This really is no one's business.

Perfect, it all boils down to how you were raised. If you were raised in a household where your parents brought respect, love, and admiration out of you rather than fear and terror then you would view that sadistic beatdown as abusive. If you were however raised in a family where you were abused then of course that video is normal. They are already "acculturated" to that culture.

Not a single child of mine will feel physical discipline. I would rather try to become friends with my kids and reason with them and come to an agreement on anything as I were raised rather than beat my kids or expect my way or the highway and if not lash them like slaves acuudi bilaaah
