Shut the fock up brother!

Nobody loves Henry better than Drogba or vice versa. Numbers speak for themselves and that puts to bed the nonsense you said above. Drogba scored 100 (or a little over that) goals for 9 years so let's investigate how many goals Roberto Carlos scored while @ MAdrid and compare because i am damn sure they are close.

Darren Bent scored 100 in the same amount of time, so numbers aren't exactly conclusive as Drogba is a much better all around striker than him.

But, 1neman's argument pretty much boils down to "he's bigger and stronger and he defends (which is because he's bigger and stronger...of course you'd have a 6'+ forward defending set pieces)"; physical attributes which Henry can't help. Of course, he also said that Drogba is a game changer, but anybody who's watched Henry would tell you he had the ability to turn a game on its head.

At the end of the day Drogba will probably go down in history as a very good striker who had all the physical attributes to be at the top of the pile, and a propensity to score in cup finals. Henry however is Arsenal's all time leading scorer and best player in a generation (I'd personally dispute that Bergkamp is better), and led the line for a French team that won the world cup and the Euros back to back. It's no question imo.

My point is Drogba is a an all out striker and Henry is an all out striker. This is a very fair comparison because here we are not asking who is better Zidane or Ronaldo. And so it comes down to one thing: goals scored.

Henry scored more goals. Henry also scored way more beautiful goals, Henry won titles too. So tell me how he can make the case that Drogba is better?

I don't care how many corners a striker defends or how strong he is. The job of the striker is to score goals and help the team win titles.

If we are talking team setup seeing as football is a team sport, Drogba is the ultimate team player, he is a more physical pure striker who creates havoc by his size and strength and deceptive speed and he defends
Henry has more midfield qualities to his game and skill, also is deadly in front.
In the air Drogba is miles ahead, he scores with his head and even more he defends with his head and we all know that is Henry's weakness.

Real football analysts will tell you Drogba is by far a better striker, they will also tell you he is underrated because he's more of a natural striker on a normal team while Henry like most of you already said want to do it all with a little help from the team, when he left Arsenal and he wasn't the main guy at Barca; we all saw how that worked out not gettin all the ball.
Henry can't play up front on his own and score without the midfield coming to him. While Drogba up front alone can win you games, be threatening and deadly for 90+ minute.

Last point I would like to make, Didier Drogba fits better with most teams if not all because of his natural ability to finish when he gets chances, when the chips are down he always comes through for his team in games that goal scoring are the only difference between a championship winner and just another good striker. He has more passion for the game and puts team before personal accomplishments and with that all attributes he accomplished a lot more than Henry at any club

Yes Henry is flashy but is he better? my personal opinion is NO, you can disagree but facts are facts
An ultimate forward will never be refered to as "underrated" by anyone, analyst or amateur.

Lol@ Dogbreath scoring a goal in CL final and now suddenly his better that Henry. Ok.

Also agree with this...

Every Chelsea fan will tell you Henry is ten times the player Drogba is. You are deluded bro. Its almost ceeb comparing the two.

Your talking about a world beater, carrying a team full of youngsters against a player who barley stayed on his feet

For a player of Drogba's caliper, it is really shame to have a little over 100 goals for eight years in all competitions considering he suffered no serious injury for all those years. Midfielders like Paul Scholes and Lampard put up that numbers. This guy has never ever topped goals scored in any competition while playing for Chelsea except for two years ago @ the premier league when he finished virtually tie with Rooney. Look @ all decent strikers of the past and you'll find out each has won top scorer of some competition they played at least once. Even Inzaghi and Van Nistelroy have won some. And you'll also find out the once who played one team for more than 6 years have scored plenty more than Drogba. Batistuta did with Fiorentina, Raul with Real, Henry with Arsenal, Andy Cole with Man United, Ian Wright with Arsenal, Shearer with Newcastle etc.

Even some players who aren't all out strikers (Kaka for the Champions league few years ago and Rivaldo in 99/00 champions league as well as several seasons in la liga) won golden boot of a major competitions. Drogba will be remembered as a legendary Chelsea (and that is because they are a team with no history prior to Maurinho) but beyond that nobody will remember him like the two greatest strikers of all time Ronaldo & Romario.
