Istaghfirullah, you do know those men in that picture when its time to go to rukuc and between the time they are saying allahu-akbar and samicallahu liman xamida they will be gazing upon the female imam, which is why the reason it is mamnuuc in the deen for women to lead men in prayer.

during prayer salaat the last thing you should think is about sex or anything else.. only thing you have your mind is GOD ALLAH.... pure QUSHUUC nothing else...

Yes and to think about Allah it is obligatory that you must not have a women in front of you, the prophet himself said do not let the chance come when a lady walks in front of you its very bad and can distract your mind whilst in salah , which is the reason why it is not allowed to for women to lead men in prayer, because the position she makes in front of them can be very distracting for the male, whether he is a 3aalim or not it is a trap and it is not allowed.
