How do you motivate yourself to get professionl help, when that means exposing yourseld and putting yourself out there.

Be patient.. Allah created us to test us.. Your illness is a test.
If you remain patient, faithful and also turn towards Allah for repentance your illness could result in losing sins and having all your bad deeds washed away..
