If Jamaame is exclusively non Daarood and Kismayo is a shared district then according to UNDP population estimates Daaroods could be minority in Lower Juba. Lower Juba consists of four districts, Afmadow/xagar with an estimated population of 51,334 people, Badhaadhe: 38,640, Jamaame: 129,149 and Kismaayo: 166,667 people. If you divide Afmadow into two districts it wouldn't effect the population distribution of the region, it would only result more lines drown on the map.

Ay Einstein, J/Hoose has five districts, and none of it is exclusively dooros
