Boring, we all know that there is an old boys system in this country and that its difficult to be become RICH. Midwives are poor and unskilled?! Since when? I seriously cant take that snide comment. You lack imagination and an understanding of what real poverty is. Have you seen the really poor of this country? There are people living on 10K or less a year. Its possible to get out of that level of poverty. Are you poor? Whats your understanding of poor? There is free education in this country, free health care, student loans, social housing...now get a career and your out of poverty. Yes, a few years of hard work.

I never said midwives are poor or unskilled. Also, by your definition, someone making 11k or even 12k a year isn't poor, since the poverty line is set at 10k. Thanks for the lesson

I'm enlightened.

It was an example, that was quite obvious. No need to get sarky.

Those dudes who claim disability are just immoral and as you wisely said their children are truly the ones that will suffer under this dishonest and fraudulent lifestyle.
A reflection of those failed children in Somalia(albeit similar circumstances) and also in the U.K.
All caused by Failed parents who lost their daaqan yet fail to realize so.
Somalis are Hardy people, nomadic people not stationary beggars....Something Muslims are commanded not to be..
Sorry once again this is the West , U.K etc where millions upon millions of jobs are available.
It takes 5 years from scratch to become a teacher. There a well paying job where income rises every year to £40k in 15 years - A salary fit for prince.
Yet we rather sit at home watching Universal TV and chatting about the failure of Somalia. The irony of the Somalis fav pastime.
Social mobility is possible - What did the Jews do ? The Chinese do ? To make it worse all these groups were oppressed. Yet Somalis are 'living the life' (a false reality,a dichotomy)

I feel really bad for saying that though. Some parents were strict and it backfires. I dont know what I would have done differently to my parents. They kept me at home at all costs and that was all I needed, I avoided all the house parties and herpes. I owe them everything for that, especially after Facebook taught me how the 'free' kids are living now

Ouch, right in the Somalinimo. Most other people ask each other "How is the employment rate in your country or is it easy getting a job now-a-days where you live or how is the cost of living in your country" but leave it to Somalis to ask "How is the welfare system in your country." SMH

Kids are expensive. Best believe most of that is going to their upkeep (unless you'd like to neglect them, that is).

Is this thread actually real? Are these fools actually asking about other country's welfare systems? And are there actually people defending living on dole?
Just when I thought our people couldn't be any more wretched...
