All criminals should be brought to justice by their own countries. Not other countries. Americans rarely allow their criminals to go to jail in other countries. They bring them home to face American justice. One day they will deport Somali criminals to Somali jails. But we are not there yet.... still not a functioning justice system.. The fact are that Samatar was the SECOND highest ranking government official in the former government and the highest ranking individual still alive today. This is the reason why he is being targetted and not for being from a minority. After him others will follow regardless of tribe. Now I here afwyenes supporters screaming about Dahir Riyaale but the fact is this guy was nobody special and in that government everyone of their fathers had a higher rank than him. The guy was based in some outpost in Berbera and I don't see any of his victims, do you?

Furthernore, nobody is saying that Samatar should be hanged without a trial. The man has faced American justice not Isaaq justice
