All criminals should be brought to justice by their own countries. Not other countries. Americans rarely allow their criminals to go to jail in other countries. They bring them home to face American justice. One day they will deport Somali criminals to Somali jails. But we are not there yet.... still not a functioning justice system.. But all Somali criminals should go to trial.

Horta as much as afweynes children would like to confuse the arguement and muddy the water. Let's at least be honest and stay close to the truth. The fact are that Samatar was the SECOND highest ranking government official in the former government and the highest ranking individual still alive today. This is the reason why he is being targetted and not for being from a minority. After him others will follow regardless of tribe. Now I here afwyenes supporters screaming about Dahir Riyaale but the fact is this guy was nobody special and in that government everyone of their fathers had a higher rank than him. The guy was based in some outpost in Berbera and I don't see any of his victims, do you?

Furthernore, nobody is saying that Samatar should be hanged without a trial. The man has faced American justice not Isaaq justice
And got found guilty. Those fighting his corner should be ashmed of even speaking.

Exactly, plus even if Riyale did commit crimes (which he didn't) it would fall under the agreement reached by the 1991 reconciliation shir of Borame

Their logic is he was a member of the former regime and therefore tainted by association. They have no specific crimes to point to
So in a way these little faqash boys by naming Riyale are alluding that the whole regime were war criminals.
No qualms there from me.Except the northern staff of said regime fall under the Borame reconciliation conference,Where all agreed to forgive and forget
