Awkward moment when the oil Somaliland is selling will have to be signed for by the Somalia government.
You have to have an army to enforce that.
Oh wait ....your security depends on the kenyans and ugandans

Bloody short sighted bastards.

Hydrogen,
this Genel energy explores oil in Kurdistan, drilled and is now getting ready to export despite protests from Baqdad.

Listen, The FG only controls what it controls ; The oil is mine and only I can sign off. No Man from Xamar can dictate to me what to do with my resources.

Trading laws would disagree, that's why I said 'Awkward moment' because technically, Turkey would need to get the final signature from the FG otherwise it's illegal. Wrong or right? It's debatable but it's the truth. Maybe that's why Silanyo is having agreements with Turkey and the gulf so successful and legal oil explorations can occur even with S/Land taking all the profits.

If trading laws are ignored in Iraq ...what makes you think it won't be ignored
here. Any attempt from those bastards to impose control WILL be met with the
sound of gunfire

I do however advice caution on the oil business.
We should not brag until the first barrel is produced.

We don't want to end up like the likes of the puntland crew
whose faan was met with satisfying disappointment

Sxb, Thug conclusively only Islams teachings and scriptures hold any weight in this situation and most other. That's why Shariah Law is compulsory !

Cumar-Labasuul, Why do you think those Darod always oppose SL, if you read carefully you can see Turkey is and you're ex colonial state(not to be rude).

Somalistan, Oww you're thinking like them reer puntland now waiting for that oil, let me tell you something when, if it does produce do you think it will benefit you or simply just Silanyos cronies ? Just like it has been for all over the world e.g Venezuela, UAE etc

superlander,You're equal to a Xamar life. Remember that. There's something called egalitarianism read that.

Hydrogen,

Genel is not state owned, it is owned by Turk and Anglo business men. They will do anything for money.

Besides, China is the new market, they do not respect so call trading laws.

If the Iraqis and Turks couldnt stop A Turkish based oil company exploring in Kud territory, what makes you think powerless FG can? Get real.
